Jared and I were both super excited when we scrolled through Facebook this past Thursday, and saw a post by his mom. She shared with us (and the Facebook universe) that our recent engagement photos had been featured on WellWed The Hamptons! Four photos had been selected for the little blog post, all of which are Jared and I in our "dressy" outfits.

Jared's parents, Rich and Mindi, are the team of photographers at Photography By Verdi. They spent more than 5 hours with us in mid-July shooting our engagement photos in Brooklyn and Manhattan (and wrapping up the day by treating us to Sunday dinner at Blue Water Grill just off Union Square Park). We love how our pictures turned out. They are fun, edgy and romantic all at the same time, and highlight two of our favorite NYC neighborhoods: DUMBO in Brooklyn and the Meatpakcing District in Manhattan. We can't thank them enough for taking the time to give us these great photos.
