FAQs

So I outright stole the 'frequently asked question page' idea from my dear friend Brigid Martin, who has an absolutely hilarious FAQs on her wedding website. It is also a good opportunity for us to share a bit more information with everyone. Below are some questions we have been asked by family and friends. If you have a more specific question that needs to be answered do not hesitate to shoot us an e-mail!

  • Will you exchange vows in a full mass or a marriage ceremony?  We will exchange vows in a full Catholic mass.
  • Are the church and reception hall handicap accessible?  Yes, both locations have wheel chair ramps.
  • I'm a vegetarian. Will there be herbivore options?  Yes, a vegetarian dinner option will be available, as well as a broad selection of food during the cocktail hour. If you have special dietary needs to be considered just let us know.
  • Will there be dancing at the reception?  We hired a great band for our reception, and selected several Lady Gaga and Flo Rida greatest hits as boogie tunes for the evening, so bring your dancing shoes!
  • Have you completed your registry?  Because it was one of the easier items on our to-do list, we completed it in January. Click the links below, and pop in either Margaret's or Jared's full name to see the complete lists.

  • Does the registry include fine china?  Absolutely!! It's something we, well I, Margaret, have been looking forward to having for a long time.
  • Have you decided on a honeymoon destination yet?  Ug, no. There are so many places we want to see, but we have finally narrowed the destination down to Greece or Croatia. As soon as we make a final decision we will share the location.
  • Will you be going on your honeymoon right away?  Yes. We're looking forward to a nice, long vacation post wedding festivities.
  • We are going to spend a few days before/after the wedding between Long Island and New York City. Can you recommend sights to see, activities to experience, and places to eat?  There are so many great things to do and see, and we are happy to share our favorites with out-of-towners. Please check back soon for recommendations.
